Robert J. Nemens is Director, Marketing in strategic development and global marketing for Diebold, Inc. He is responsible for analyzing industry trends and leveraging Diebold's core competencies to ensure proper positioning for future growth. His responsibilities include strategic planning, strategic marketing and positioning. Specific areas of concentration include cash dispensers, retail deployment strategies and new business development.
Nemens has held various positions in his 15 years with Diebold, focusing on sales marketing, sales operations, training and retail distribution. He formerly held sales and marketing management positions with Wells Fargo and ADT Security.
Nemens received a bachelor's degree in business administration at the University of Phoenix in California.

For the past 20 years, Mr. Phillips has been involved in all facets of the ATM industry, from developing and deploying new ATM-based services to managing the implementation of a shared, online ATM network.
As such, he is frequently invited to speak at industry tradeshows and conferences.
As vice president of business and product development, Mr. Phillips is responsible for the ATM products that TNS provides. In addition to staying on top of market trends and leveraging TNS's expertise in the ATM arena, he ensures that companies seeking ATM products are aware of the cost savings and transaction efficiencies that TNS's offerings provide.
Mr. Phillips worked for EDS's Consumer Network Services Division before joining TNS. While there, he was the operations manager for the 8,000 off-premise ATMs EDS owned and operated. He also managed the development of the first full-motion video advertising pilot at 170 ATM locations in Southern California, which later grew to include 1,000 ATMs in the country's top-three DMAs. Earlier in his career, Mr. Phillips implemented a shared online ATM network that served U.S. military installations in Europe, the United Kingdom, and the Far East.

Simon Rogals is a Director of Bayberry Consulting Limited, and works with the company to provide in-depth expertise of channel delivery, card management, and back office technology strategies to both financial institutions and software vendors. Simon has spent ten years implementing, selecting, assessing, marketing and defining commercial technology strategies for channel delivery, the retail back office, card issuing, payment acquiring and also for specific distribution channels including the Internet, ATMs and kiosks, ePayments, Electronic Funds Transfer at the Point of Sale, Mobile banking, the call center and branch.
Prior to forming Bayberry, Paul Kennedy and Simon Rogals were responsible for the corporate strategy and development of CR2, the ATM and multi-channel banking company as it grew its customer base from four to over one hundred banks in two years. Both Simon and Paul have extensive experience in financial services, including at blue-chip organisations and leading technology companies such as AIB Bank, Bank of Ireland, Misys Plc, Trintech Plc, Flexicom and CR2.

Jerry Silva Senior Analyst, Retail Banking TowerGroup

Jerry is a senior analyst specializing in customer interaction for TowerGroup's Retail Banking practice. His areas of research include branch and call center strategies and technologies as well as self-service delivery channels such as ATMs, Internet banking systems, and interactive voice response systems.
According to Jerry, "Retail branches have always been a key differentiating factor in financial services, and recent surveys confirm the importance of the branch for the consumer of those services. Consequently, there will be a renewed focus on brick and mortar in the next five years, with many institutions renovating the technologies that drive the traditional branch, and bringing it into the 21st century."
With 18 years in the banking industry, Jerry brings a wide base of experience in the development, support, and management of delivery channel systems, products, and networks. Prior to joining TowerGroup, Jerry was an executive consultant with CGI Information Systems and Management Consulting, a Montreal-based IT consulting firm. He also held several technical and management positions at BayBank and BankBoston. His last assignment was director of network and systems planning for the electronic banking and global consumer banking divisions.
Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in production and operations management from Boston University.
James (Jim) Walker Senior Vice President, Regional Community Bank, ATM Banking PNC Bank

Jim is currently accountable for PNC Bank's automatic teller machine distribution system, which now has close to 3,700 ATMs. The ATM business is now generating more than $100 million in revenue and is the eighth-largest network in the United States.
He started his career at IBM in 1966 as a sales representative, where he worked for nine years. In 1975, Jim accepted a position with Provident National Bank. He has worked in many staff capacities in the 28 years he's been with PNC. These include Product Management, Facilities, Computer Operations and, for the past 13 years, as manager of PNC Bank's ATMs. The ATM network is now one of the top ten in terms of number of units of all banks in the U.S.

Jim has been active at a local country club serving as treasurer for six years and as president from 1996 to 1998.
Jim has spoken at numerous ATM conferences and is considered one of the leaders in the field.
