Free download provides self-evaluation tool for ATM businesses

Kahuna ATM Solutions has announced that it is offering IADs and ATM operators a free download of its 10-Point Strategic Profitability Analysis.

The self-evaluation tool is designed to help ATM business owners gain insight into 10 critical areas of their business. This knowledge can then help the business owner maximize profitability and potential, and identify key challenges.

“Over the last few years we’ve seen IADs struggle with declining revenues, soaring expenses, increased regulation and network changes,” says Bryan Bauer, president of Kahuna ATM Solutions. “Our 10-Point Strategic Profitability Analysis will help them increase efficiencies, save money and increase their bottom line.”

The full strategic profitability analysis process includes six phases. The first three —discovery, self-evaluation and vision/ideal outcome — are carried out by the business owner using the free self-analysis tool. The second three — analysis of self-test results, recommendations and action plan — are provided by Kahuna as an optional fee-based service.

“Most people don’t understand the importance of evaluating and analyzing their business; they don’t realize that every area of their business not optimized is money left on the table,” says Pamela Philipps, vice president of affiliate development with Kahuna. “Worse yet, risks and challenges not understood and faced directly could put their businesses at risk.”
