Former Fujitsu VP joins Efmark-Bantek

March 23, 2006

WESTMONT, Ill. - The newly merged Efmark-Bantek, the nation's largest independent provider of ATM maintenance and armored service, announced in a news release that industry veteran Anthony Manno has been named executive vice president of the Field Services division.

As the integration of the country's two ATM service companies continues, Manno will oversee the new company's expanding portfolio of ATM support services. His area of responsibility encompasses first- and second-line maintenance, project management, installation services and call center operations.

"Our recent merger enhances our ability to serve national financial institutions with an even broader line of services, which requires an expanded management skill set," said Mark Hoppe, chairman of Efmark-Bantek's executive committee. "Anthony's deep knowledge of the ATM industry and impeccable record of large-company management experience will have a direct impact on our competitive advantage."

Manno began his career more than 25 years ago as an ATM technician at Mellon Bank. Since 1986, he has held a variety of ATM operations and management positions with Fujitsu, most recently serving as vice president of managed services for North America.
