Fiserv wins new contracts for XP2 account processing platform

Technology solutions provider Fiserv Inc. has announced that two credit unions — Greater Iowa Credit Union of Ames, Iowa, and E Federal Credit Union of Baton Rouge, La. — have opted to use its XP2 account processing platform. The CUs also will employ a number of Fiserv integrated solutions in conjunction with XP2.

Greater Iowa Credit Union, which serves more than 30 counties in Iowa, has selected LynxGate for ATM management, WireXchange for wire transfers and Wisdom for financial management.

"Our long-term goals are to grow our membership in Iowa by offering efficient and state-of-the-art retail and commercial services," said Scott Zahnle, CEO of Greater Iowa Credit Union. "We believe Fiserv will help us achieve our desired results with the ability to offer expanded small business products and more personalized offers to current members."

E Federal Credit Union has also opted for LynxGate and Wisdom, in addition to AML Manager, Mobiliti, ACCEL/Exchange, Corillian Online, CheckFree RXP, Teller Source Capture, Nautilus, and ConvergeIT.

Grodi, CEO of E Federal Credit Union. 

XP2 account processing for credit unions features Microsoft .NET Framework architecture open at every tier and a member-centric design backed by an IBM DB2 relational database. The platform offers scalable technology and established interfaces for a broad range of enterprise solutions, and is available via service bureau, in-house delivery or facilities management.
