Under a newly signed agreement, financial services solutions provider Fiserv Inc. will become a reseller of Inetco Analytics and Inetco Insight, omnichannel monitoring and analytics software for ATM fleets from Inetco Systems Ltd.
In a press release, the companies said that, as part of the agreement, Fiserv will embed Inetco real-time transaction monitoring, alerting and on-demand customer experience analytics into its Device Manager platform for ATMs, kiosks, self-service checkouts and other self-service devices.
Device Manager enables automated end-to-end detection and resolution of problems across a self-service device network. The integration of Inetco real-time transaction data will allow help desk and business operations teams to improve fault management, service management and proactive troubleshooting across networks. In addition, real-time alerts can help teams to determine currency availability and transaction activity, and prioritize service calls.
"Financial institutions and payment service providers dealing with digital transformation are starting to think about managing the customer experience and their banking operations infrastructure from an enterprise perspective," Andy Kozma, VP of global business development at Inetco, said in the release. "Together, Fiserv and Inetco can deliver on-demand access to the event and transaction data that help desk and business operations teams need to manage the customer experience, lower the cost to serve, and increase profitability."
