First US install of CIMA CashUp software deployed at federal credit union

Vita Lansworth, an entity of Vita Lansworth Enterprise Solutions, is the U.S. Distributor for CIMA Teller Cash Recyclers and has announced that 1166 Federal Credit Union, in Swedesboro, New Jersey, is the first site in the U.S. to purchase, install and deploy CIMA's CIMA's CashUp software.

The software features include cash operations, accounting management, shared cash and separated cash, user management, problem resolution and was designed for staff to perform all necessary transactions for day-to-day operation on a PC.

The application is designed to provide transactional interaction in a stand-alone environment for CIMA Teller Cash Recyclers, according to a press release.

The FCU purchased the software for greater teller efficiency and branch security for its newly designed main branch office.

"I wish we would've had it 20 years ago," Annemarie Shinn, Swedesboro FCU CEO, said in the release. "Just as COVID hit, our TCR was installed and ready for operation. It has helped to keep our staff from handling cash, keeping transactions very clean. Our members love it. Our staff loves it. It truly has been a godsend."
