FinTechVisor: It's Tinder for fintechs and banks (sort of)

May 23, 2018

Capgemini, a global provider of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, and Efma, the European Financial Management Association, have launched FinTechVisor, a platform meant to bring fintechs and financial institutions together to collaborate and co-create the future of the financial services industry.

A FinTechVisor portal will connect FIs and fintechs, and will include a feature that allows bankers and insurers to rate fintechs and comment on their solutions. Additionally, a "matchmaker-like" function will help FIs find and reach out to a fintech partner that complements their needs and interests.

A planned fintech library will house a content hub showcasing fintech news and trends, and provide a space to share stories of successful collaborations.

"As the financial sector undergoes significant transformation, the vision of the FinTechVisor portal is to create a single point of contact where all players can find their place and be a part of the future," William Sullivan, head of market intelligence at Capgemini, said in the release. "With so many new players offering innovation, traditional financial services organizations need a method to sort through the clutter to find the innovative fintech partner that is the best match to transform their business."
