eStation and IBM Canada hook up on $7 million contract

December 25, 2001

TORONTO - IBM Canada will provide $7 million in equipment, software and maintenance services to eStation Network Services Inc., an off-premise supplier of ABMs in Canada.

IBM will share in the revenues generated by the ABMs, according to a news release from eStation. After four years, the agreement calls for eStation to buy the machines and continue receiving IBM service, extend the agreement or remove the ABMs.

EStation, a publicly-traded company (CDNX: YST), provides ABMs to major retail and hospitality chains, and markets ABMs with advanced functionality features.
