ESQ intros configurable OperationsBridge 3.0 for FIs, MSPs

ESQ Business Service Inc. has announced the release of OperationsBridge 3.0, a solution designed to help financial institutions and managed service providers to optimize their ATM operations through a highly configurable platform.

According to a press release, OperationsBridge 3.0 delivers rapid identification, automated response, and efficient resolution of faults and trending patterns resulting in improved operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

The company worked with customers around the globe to identify and incorporate features into OperationsBridge 3.0 capable of supporting rapidly changing payments and banking segments across enterprise and cloud deployments.

A half-dozen major FIs and MSPs globally have successfully deployed the OperationsBridge 3.0 Suite of products, the release said. These early adopters manage a total of 75,000 ATMs worldwide; ESQ anticipates the addition of 50,000 additional ATMs on the platform in 2018 alone, the release said.

"ATMs are becoming more complicated devices, which means more ways for things to go wrong," ESQ Chief Operations Officer Bob Perreault said in the release. "With that in mind, we designed OperationsBridge 3.0 with the flexibility to identify and act on the full lifecycle of any issue, offering both preventive and reactive automation, and providing the customized business flows that customers require in order to compete in the market."

According to Perrault, OperationsBridge 3.0 provides a rich set of features capable of delivering both out-of-the-box value and customized solutions configurable to the customer's needs, and scalable for ATM estates with more than 50,000 terminals under management.
