Elias leaves Greenlink for Value Payment Network

DALLAS -- ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) President Lyle Elias has resigned as president of Greenlink Technologies, the Hurst, Texas based ATM manufacturer, effective Jan. 31.

Elias is the new executive director of partner relations for Value Payment Network (VPN) and is also serving as president of EFT Data, Inc.

Value Payment Network is a partnership between EFT Data and the Sternberger-Fiala companies providing point-of-sale card activation and fulfillment services utilizing the POSA-Pac system. According to a news release, the patented system was developed to eliminate breakage of products and services sold on retail store shelves and 'J-Hook' displays. Current customers include Wal Mart and AT&T.

EFT Data is providing the data processing platform, and Elias will develop strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, manufacturers and service providers.

Applications include issuing and activation of prepaid telecom cards, gift cards, loyalty cards and branded prepaid ATM cards.
