Elan signs 8 FIs for processing, other ATM services

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- Transaction processor Elan Financial Services recently signed eight financial institutions that will utilize Elan's ATM and debit card services.

According to a news release, the new clients range in asset size from $20 million to $271 million.

They are: Miners Exchange Bank in Coeburn, Va.; SC Telco Federal Credit Union in Greenville, S.C.; First Independence National Bank in Detroit; The Bank of Edwardsville in Edwardsville, Ill.; Foundation Bank in Cincinnati; The Farmers Savings Bank in Spencer, Ohio; Victory Community Bank in Crescent Springs, Ky.; and American River Holdings in Sacramento, Calif., which includes American River Bank in Sacramento, North Coast Bank in Santa Rosa and First Source Capital, a leasing finance company.

Elan's ATM services include authorization processing, terminal driving and switching services and related card management and support functions.

Elan Financial Services, as part of U.S. Bancorp (NYSE:USB), supports nearly 7,000 ATMs, 14 million ATM/debit cards and 8 million credit cardholders with a range of products and services including credit card issuing, ATM, debit card and merchant processing.
