eFunds signs on with Allpoint network

BETHESDA, Md. - eFunds Corp. has successfully completed certification and is now part of the Allpoint network, the largest surcharge-free ATM network in the United States, according to a news release.

This relationship provides eFunds' customers with access to Allpoint's 32,000 surcharge-free ATMs.

"Allpoint's national surcharge-free network strengthens the value and service we deliver to our processing customers by providing extensive ATM access for financial institutions that lack broad proprietary branch and ATM channels," said Rahul Gupta, senior vice president and division executive for eFunds.

"eFunds' decision to partner with Allpoint will enhance their customers' market reach and ultimately their profitability," said Ben Psillas, president of Allpoint.
