Dutch banks take action after ATM attacks

Mail&Guardian:Dutch banks are expected to take urgent measures to end a spate of thefts from ATMs initiated by blowing them up with gas. The ATMs will be protected by ventilation grills, a spokesperson for the Dutch Association of Banks said. The banks also are considering ink cartridges that color notes when machines blown up.
