April 27, 2003

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates -- Dubai Bank will install ATMs at an unspecified number of Emarat service stations, according to a report in AME Info.

The first machines will be installed at Emarat's Adhed and Muhaisnah sites and will be operational by June.

According to AME Info, the sites will also offer vehicle testing and registration renewal facilities.

Rashid Al Shamsi, Emarat's general manager, said, "This partnership will see two robust brands come together to offer a vital service for the convenience of Emarat and Dubai Bank customers."

Ahmed bin Brek, Dubai Bank's chief executive, said the bank plans to offer its cardholders the ability to pay bills at Emarat service stations in the future.
