February 11, 2002

DALLAS -- In a new marketing agreement, information solutions provider

DocuCorp International
(Nasdaq: DOCC), will market the services of fellow Dallas-based companyBillMatrix Corporationto current and prospective clients.

With BillMatrix, consumers can pay bills via the Internet or telephone using ATM, credit or debit cards, as well as electronic checks. The technology eliminates the need to mail checks, buy money orders or make payments in person. According to BillMatrix, many of the nation's largest bill presenters -- including Zurich, AirBorne Express, Verizon, TXU (Texas Utilities), Georgia Power and AT&T Wireless -- use BillMatrix as a payment option.

"Eighteen percent of U.S. households currently pay some bills electronically," said William D. Barry, senior vice president of marketing for DocuCorp. "By 2004, projections indicate as many as 20 million individuals will pay their bills online, and the market is expected to top $73 million. By partnering with BillMatrix we can work together to enhance the bill paying process for consumers while also providing our clients with desired cost savings."

By offering electronic payment options, BillMatrix claims its customers are able to improve financial management by accelerating the collection process, lowering collection costs and reducing lost revenue from service interruptions.
