Diebold Nixdorf delivers ATMs to Turkish bank

Diebold Nixdorf recently partnered with Yapi Kredi, the third-largest private bank in Turkey, to deliver its DN SeriesTM ATMs. With these ATMs, the bank can deliver a self-service solution with NFC, biometric and card reader authentication, according to a press release.

Yapi Kredi has installed more than 400 of the ATMs at its locations. The ATMs also feature the DN AllConnectSM Data Engine, which collects technical data with cloud computing and machine learning and can identify the type of repair needed when an incident is reported. The engine can also provide information on the level of skill and experience of the technician required, the spare parts needed and the expected time needed to complete the repair.

Yapi Credi also uses DN Series' built-in cash recycling capability to accept, validate, store and recirculate cash.

"DN Series allows us to provide our customers with a more personalized and enhanced user experience at the ATM, and the sustainability of the self-service solution supports our commitment to protecting the environment."
