Delnevo joins Cardtronics' board

July 11, 2005

HOUSTON - Cardtronics Inc. has named Ron Delnevo, chief executive of Hartfield, Hertfordshire, England-based Bank Machine Ltd., to its board of directors.

Bank Machine, which was purchased by Cardtronics in April, has more than 1,000 ATMs in retail locations, restaurants, pubs, clubs and post offices in Britain. The acquisition made Cardtronics the largest ATM owner/operator in the world.

"Ron's international experience and extensive knowledge in the retail and financial services venues are a welcome addition to our board of directors," said Cardtronics president and CEO Jack Antonini. "He brings a wealth of insight and guidance to Cardtronics, having run one of the largest ATM organizations in the UK."

During his four years at Bank Machine, Delnevo led the company through several significant ventures, including a 2003 buyout from the company's previous owner, Euronet Inc.

Delnevo holds a degree in business organization from Heriot Watt University and a post-graduate degree in personnel management from Napier University, both institutions located in Edinburgh, Scotland.
