Dairy Mart accepts EBT cards at Kentucky stores

HUDSON, Ohio -- Dairy Mart Convenience Stores, Inc., which has a No-Fee ATM program in more than 100 stores in Kentucky, will now allow Kentucky residents to use Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) cards to withdraw federal payments at many of those ATMs.

Quest logo stickers, which indicate to recipients that EBT cards are accepted, are located on the ATMs and on the doors of participating stores.

"We are happy to provide this no-fee service to individuals who want to have quick and easy access to their benefits. With more than 130 Dairy Mart stores across Kentucky and more than 100 of those store participating in the ATM program, we expect to see an increase in transaction volume," said Robert B. Stein, Dairy Mart chairman, president and CEO.

Dairy Mart owns or operates approximately 620 retail stores in seven states. Through consulting and licensing agreements, the company is also affiliated with more than 200 stores in Korea and approximately 400 locations in Malaysia.
