March 1, 2011

The ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) has awarded Tim Wildash, managing director and CEO of Customers ATM, an international ATMIA Appreciation Award.

The association honored Wildash during ATMIA's 12th annual conference in Doral, Fla., last week, with more than 850 industry professionals from around the world in attendance.

Mike Lee, CEO of ATMIA, said the award recognized Wildash's pioneering influence on the ATM industry in Australia as well as his long-term contributions to the association's global board of directors.

"As CEO and managing director of Customers ATM and a member of the board of directors, Tim Wildash has undoubtedly set a high standard of industry leadership, embodying a pioneering spirit, a sense of innovation, a dedication and a commitment to business ethics," Lee said.

Customers ATM is Australia's largest IAD, with 5,850 ATMs as of Dec. 31, 2010.  Customers ATM also owns 34.25 percent of New Zealand ATM Services Limited, which is in the process of deploying more than 600 ATMs in New Zealand after reaching an agreement with ANZ National Bank.

"From starting my own ATM company, ATM Solutions, in Melbourne in 2001 to operating Australia's largest ATM network today, the past 10 years have been an incredible journey," he said. "I am immensely honored to receive an award recognizing my service, dedication and commitment to the ATM industry, and I look forward to continuing to work in this exciting progressive industry," said Wildash.

Customers ATM is a member of Customers Limited, which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
