Cummins Allison, a provider of ATMs and coin, currency and check processing technology, has partnered with allU.S. Credit Union of Salinas, California, to deliver the FI's branch automation solutions.
The credit union has selected the H34 automated deposit ATM, which will allow members to make envelope-free cash or check deposits, Cummins Allison said in a press release.
The device features customized consumer screens and a more modern look than traditional ATMs, allU.S. President and CEO Patrick Redo said in the release.
"This is the kind of member-friendly service improvement we're continually looking to provide," he said. "When it comes to the way we serve and interact with our members, everything matters."
In addition to the ATM, the credit union has invested in its first self-service coin counter, and is also using CA's JetScan two-pocket currency scanner with counterfeit detection for cash counting.
"Our partnership with allU.S. Credit Union gives us the opportunity to showcase our latest branch transformation solutions," said Bob Gibson, vice president of branch operations at Cummins Allison. "Credit unions need technologies that enable a superior member experience and we are committed to providing the highest quality products and services to support how credit unions handle transactions in the branch."
