CU24 intros comprehensive ATM outsourcing

Credit union cooperative CU24 has launched a new ATM management solution, EasyATM. The service is designed to help credit unions eliminate capital costs, reduce operating expenses, reduce the burden of regulatory compliance and consolidate multiple vendor relationships into a single solution.

"This new offering from CU24 is a perfect fit for our small to midsize credit unions," said CU24 CEO Mansel Guerry. "EasyATM takes the hassle out of ATM management and offers a very cost-effective solution. It's just the kind of service CU24 is here to provide."

EasyATM provides complete ATM management services that include:

  • ATM driving;
  • first- and second-line maintenance;
  • emergency dispatch;
  • cash management;
  • communications;
  • monitoring;
  • armored delivery; and
  • settlement.

Annual reviews are also included to ensure ongoing compliance with local, state and federal laws, as well as regulatory and security compliance for ADA, EMV, PCI and Reg E.

EasyATM can either buy new equipment for a credit union's ATM program, or assume management of current equipment — whichever suits the needs and objectives of the FI.

CU24 partnered with ATM operator and service provider Dolphin Debit Access to create the EasyATM program.
