CSI reports 100% renewal of customer contracts for NuPoint core platform

Computer Services Inc., a provider of end-to-end technology solutions for FIs, has announced the retention of 100 percent of NuPoint core platform contracts that were up for renewal during the company's just-ended fiscal year 2013.

Additionally, the company reported that 86 percent of renewing customers contracted for a longer service period than previously and 72 percent signed a maximum contract of 10 years. Based on the record levels of contract renewal and extension, CSI has increased the average contract term for NuPoint by more than two years.

The NuPoint platform helps eliminate complexities of core bank processing to provide a fully integrated platform to simplify processes and applications for optimal workflow, according to a press release from CSI. The system allows banks to maintain cloud-based core operations that are personalized, optimized and fully secure, the company said.

The core platform features and benefits include

• full integration across banking platforms;
• cloud-based functionality to reduce expensive hardware and software costs;
• customizable views of information from the bank and user level;
• system flexibility to allow access from any work station; and
• robust reporting tools for tracking, monitoring and analyzing performance.
