Computer Services, Inc., a provider of technology solutions for financial institutions, has taken its 200th mobile banking customer live, according to a company press release
The CSI mobile banking app, an integrated component of the company's digital banking platform, offers enhanced features such as the ability to activate and deactivate debit cards, attach receipt images and notes to transactions, and add nicknames to cards stored in the app.
"For our customers, the benefit of the app is its convenience: they can check their balances, cancel a debit card, make transfers and pay bills," Angie Eline, vice president at Cornerstone Bank in West Virginia, said in the release. "They also expect it to be user friendly, and our app is very easy to navigate; they can do almost anything through the app that they can do at the branch or through online banking."
CSI said that its mobile banking technology is part of the company's strategy to deliver fully integrated solutions — including business intelligence and customer relationship management — that allow FIs to create a true omnichannel experience.
