CPI, CBS partner on end-to-end instant issuance solution for CUs

CPI Card Group, a provider of EMV chip cards and related services, and Commercial Business Systems, a provider of software and IT services for credit unions, have partnered to offer CUs a streamlined instant issuance solution for EMV-enabled debit and credit cards.

The companies plan to integrate the CBS CAMS-ii CU accounting and management system and the CPI Card at Once solution. This integrated offering will give CUs and their members an end-to-end solution for new and replacement cards, according to a press release.

A core integration between the solutions allows credit unions to activate cards during printing to the Card at Once printer from their CAMS-ii user interface, eliminating the need for dual entry. The integrated solution will be available to all CBS clients using the CAMS-ii software
