Corsair to sell NoteMachine UK ATM division to The Brink's Company

Corsair, a financial services investment company, has announced it will sell the UK ATM and TestLink divisions of NoteMachine Group Holdings Ltd to a subsidiary of The Brink's Company, a cash management and payments solutions provider, according to a press release.

Corsair will maintain control of Eurochange Ltd, a NoteMachine division that specializes in foreign currency and international payment solutions. NoteMachine operates more than 9,000 ATMs in the U.K.

"NoteMachine has benefited greatly from Corsair's supportive ownership over the past several years," Philip Bowcock, CEO of NoteMachine, said in the release. "Together with Corsair, we have been able to enact meaningful value-additive initiatives that have propelled the business forward, and we look forward to continuing our great work together."
