AMARILLO, Texas -- Core Data's 110 employees will remain in Amarillo following the transaction processor's purchase by Concord EFS later this year, according to a report in the Amarillo Globe-News.
Many of Core Data's employees have already relocated to a new data processing center that is scheduled to be completed later this month, a Core Data spokesperson said.
The executive team will remain unchanged, with Campbell Burgess continuing as president and chief executive officer, Keevin Clark as executive vice president of technology and Todd Clark as executive vice president of business development.
Memphis, Tenn.-based Concord employs 2,600 people.
