MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Concord EFS (Nasdaq: CEFT) will present the company's current business plan and expectations to investors Sept. 25 in New York City, according to the Memphis Business-Journal.
The transaction processor lowered its earnings estimates in early September, just before a stockholder filed a federal lawsuit alleging securities fraud (See stories: "Concord lowers earnings estimates, names Labry as Palmer's successor" and "Lawsuit against Concord EFS alleges securities fraud").
The Memphis, Tenn.-based company posted revenue of $1.7 billion in the last fiscal year. The investors' meeting will be broadcast on Concord's Web site, where it will remain through Oct. 9.
