Computer snags cause ATM-card malfunctions

The Coloradoan: Computers slowed, phone lines jammed and some ATM/debit cards didn't work Tuesday when Public Service Credit Union switched its former Norlarco customers to its own computer system. The two have been operating on different computer systems since Public Service acquired the financially troubled Norlarco in February.
