Comdata, Infintech sign partnership deal

June 14, 2013

Electronic payment solutions provider Comdata has announced a formal referral agreement with Infintech, a merchant acquiring ISO. The partnership will help Comdata clients increase their commercial ePayables business by increasing supplier enrollment and participation, a Comdata news release said.

"This relationship will help Comdata drive increased value for our clients by allowing us to capture previously unattainable vendor spend," said Mark Schatz, executive vice president of Comdata. "Together, we will offer pre-negotiated discounted processing so suppliers can minimize processing fees, thus resulting in greater spend for our clients and simultaneously improving their bottom line."

"Infintech's partnership with Comdata allows us to continue our rapid expansion in the commercial and purchasing card processing space," said Ryan Rybolt, president of Infintech. "Through this partnership we can deliver our industry expertise and payment technologies to businesses that are relatively new to the card acceptance world."

According to Infintech, processing for corporate and purchasing card payments is the fastest growing segment in the payment processing industry. Infintech offers customers a transparent Cost-Plus pricing structure and a secure payment interface that supports Level III and large ticket qualification, the company said.

The partnership with Comdata will extend this product offering to corporations who are converting vendor payments over to ePayables.
