Columbus Data Services acquires USA Payment Systems

Dallas-based Columbus Data Services, a third-party ATM processor, announced today that it has acquired Houston-based processor USA Payment Systems.

"USAP and CDS have complementary product sets that align well," said Ron Schuldt, CEO of Columbus Data Services. "USAP brings innovative products and technical expertise that will allow us to continue delivering industry leading solutions and expand our service offering."
