Co-op Financial Services has appointed new members to its executive leadership team. Bruce Dragt has been named chief product officer, and Cheryl Middleton Jones has been named chief people officer, according to a press release.
"Bruce and Cheryl will be tremendous assets for Co-op based on their extensive background in product and talent development, and both have had careers that exemplify our corporate values of working as partners, communicating openly and honestly, demonstrating excellence and championing change," Co-op President and CEO Todd Clark said in the release.
For the past two-plus years, Dragt served as executive vice president of product for YapStone, a provider of electronic payment systems. Previously, he spent more than 13 years at First Data Corp., i2 Technologies, Financial Settlement Matrix and Wells Fargo.
Jones joins Co-op from Discovery Inc., operator of the Discovery Channel, where she served as senior vice president of human resources. Previously, she worked for ING and Honeywell.
