Computer Services Inc., a provider of end-to-end technology solutions for FIs, has announced that Cisco Systems has once again honored it with the Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence award. In recognition of this accomplishment, CSI will receive a star on the Cisco Partner Locator page, signifying that the company has achieved outstanding customer fulfillment.
CSI delivers core processing, managed services, mobile and Internet solutions, payments processing, print and electronic distribution, and regulatory compliance solutions to FI and corporate customers across the nation.
To ensure optimum service, CSI delivers round-the-clock support for its managed services customers through a redundant operating network, known as the HIVE, which is staffed by certified technology professionals, the company said in its announcement.

The Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence designation is based on customer satisfaction results collected online through the Cisco Partner Access tool.
