DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. - Chicago based First American Bank has chosen Mosaic Software'sPostilion software to provide ATM driving, as well as transaction switching and routing for its network of ATMs.
According to a news release, First American Bank processes in excess of 1 million transactions per month on approximately 275 ATMs from various ATM manufacturers.
The Mosaic solution will run under a Linux partition on its iSeries AS400 HA (High Availability) utilizing DB2. The Postilion system will interface to the OS/400 banking system, Jack Henry & Associate's SilverLake application, for on-us transaction processing and will route foreign transactions directly to EFT networks.
Detailed reporting, as well as network settlement and reconciliation, will be handled by the Postilion Office component of the system.
In addition, Mosaic's Postilion system provides First American with a scalable and open architecture that permits easy implementation of new products to be delivered through ATMs.
