Ceridian Stored Value Solutions honored in Paybefore Awards

Ceridian Stored Value Solutions has been named the Breakout Company of the Year in the 2013 Paybefore Awards Europe competition. The annual contest was created by the trade journal Paybefore to recognize excellence in the prepaid, stored value and emerging payments industry in the U.K. and Europe.

"Paybefore Awards were created to honor the companies and individuals that are at the forefront of innovation as well as successful market implementation," said Loraine DeBonis, Paybefore editor-in-chief and chair of the judging panel.

During 2012, SVS focused on recognising and exploiting the technological and social developments that influence the way people shop and give. SVS also forged strategic partnerships with experts at the forefront of emerging payment technologies so they could give consumers what they want, the company said in a press announcement.

"We are delighted to be chosen as a Paybefore Awards Europe Winner," said Germain Roesch, executive vice president at SVS International. We are pleased that our single-source program management approach has been recognized by the industry."

SVS manages more than 600 million card products and processes more than 1 billion transactions originating from more than 45 countries and in 26 currencies.
