Cardtronics Inc. announced today that it has sold 24 ATMs to Bosselman Inc., owner and operator of a chain of convenience stores throughout the Midwest, for an undisclosed price.
As part of the agreement, Cardtronics will manage the ATMs, which are deployed in Bosselman's Pump & Pantry stores in Nebraska.
Cardtronics, the world's largest ATM ISO, will be responsible for maintaining the ATMs, processing the machines' transactions and supporting the ATMs, said Joel Antonini, Cardtronics vice president of marketing.
"Providing cash to our Pump & Pantry customers is a valuable service they have come to rely on, so when we took a look at our ATM program we knew we needed to work with a superior ATM operator," said Charlie Bosselman, president of Bosselman Inc., a family-owned business based in Grand Island, Neb. The company owns 42 Pump & Pantry stores.
Houston-based Cardtronics' ATM portfolio includes 33,700 ATMs in the United Kingdom, the United States, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Mexico.
