Calif. liquor marts argue ATM charges are fair

Los Angeles Times: A California attorney recently sued dozens of Orange County, Calif., liquor stores, accusing them of improperly charging ATM fees. Now the tables have turned, with more than 30 store owners suing for legal-system abuse. The plaintiffs are asking for unspecified damages.
