Burroughs Inc., a service provider for financial and retail equipment, has launched a new website interface. The revamped site, www.burroughs.com, was designed to convey the company's commitment to customer service and satisfaction, according to a press release.
"While our prior website has served us well over the years, this new interface adds simplicity and better navigation, offering our customers an easier-to-use platform," Burroughs chairman and CEO Andrew Lawson said in the release. "I think our customers will like the look better, too."
The redesigned site includes support ticket submission options, direct access to the eAccess customer web portal and a pressroom.
These changes reflect updates going on throughout the company, the release said.
"We focused on building a website which illustrates our mission of customer service," said Sandy Edwards, Burroughs Director of Marketing and Sales Support. "The new site combines an overview of our company with a wealth of tools for our clients."
