BofA charges ATM 'denial fee'

New York Daily News: Bank of America is now charging customers who try to withdraw more than their daily-limit at foreign ATMs. The transaction will be cancelled and BofA will charge the customer $1.50. The bank calls it an ATM denial fee. Consumer advocates call it a troubling development that comes as banks keep piling charges onto customers while reaping record profits.
