BNZ blocks overseas use of more ATM cards

Stuff:The Bank of New Zealand has blocked the overseas use of nearly 5,000 more cards as it works to minimize the damage from ATM skimming. The scam involved phonecards being loaded with bank card details stolen from ATMs and then used to withdraw cash from more than 100 accounts, some of which were accessed from Canada.
