Australian ram-raids force new look at ATM safety

Sydney Morning Herald: Australian Police have suggested banks and other ATM operators install tracking devices and dye bombs, among other measures, to combat ram-raids that have netted thieves hundreds of thousands of dollars.On Aug. 25 police responded to reports of the third ATM heist in Sydney in three days and the 19th in about two months.
