ATM:ad to promote 'Wallace and Gromit' in U.K.

Newport-on-Tay, Scotland-based ATM advertising company ATM:ad also announced this week a deal with United International Pictures to promote "Wallace and Gromit, The Curse of the Were-Rabbit," at 150 ATMs in the U.K. The campaign is expected to run Oct. 5-18, coinciding with the movie's launch Oct. 14.

Prior to the "Wallace and Gromit" campaign, UIP ran ads with ATM:ad promoting "Lemony Snicket" and "Madagascar."

Recent research shows that 91 percent of the shoppers who used ATMs with movie promotions recalled the campaigns' messages, and 92 percent of respondents were satisfied with using an ATM while an advertisement was running.
