Interactive Investor: Japan's Mizuho Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. are nearing completion of their talks with Japan Post about sharing ATMs that use a finger- or palm-touch biometric authentication system. The banks say they expect to begin using the biometrics service as early as October.
