This year, the ATM Industry Association has teamed up with Kahuna ATM Solutions to conduct the third annual U.S. independent ATM deployer survey.
The survey covers topics including: IAD concerns about the health of the ATM industry; legislative and compliance issues; migration to EMV; mobile payments; products and services offered by IADs; and the future of U.S. IADs.
Survey results will be shared during the 2013 ATMIA U.S. Conference and Expo, Feb. 19–21, 2013, at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Ariz.
"I encourage all U.S.-based IADs to take a few minutes to complete the survey," said Bryan Bauer, president of Kahuna ATM Solutions, a business development company that serves independent ATM deployers. "It's important that our voices be heard; that our concerns and issues be brought to light and we work together to protect the health of our industry."
"Surveys like this help us to hear the heartbeat of our members," said David Tente, U.S. executive director for ATMIA. "The data collected will help us shape the association's strategy for 2013 including what types of white papers and best practice materials our members are interested in."
