ATMequipment.com yesterday announced that it has launched an online ordering and tracking system that enables customers to initiate repair requests and monitor their progress. The site also provides a price list for repairs.
"We are always looking for new ways to provide greater service and convenience for our customers," said Alicia Ridley, president of ATMequipment.com, which is based in Kaysville, Utah. "This new system makes it easier to place a repair request and removes questions on the status of their parts repair with a visual, user-friendly monitoring system. Customers can easily monitor the status from order placement to the return delivery of the part."
The company maintains an extensive inventory of parts, helping to ensure fast turnaround on repairs, usually within 24 to 48 hours, company officials said.
ATMequipment.com, which is owned by Grant Victor Co., is a wholesale supplier of retail ATMs, parts and supplies.
