ATMequipment.com opens office to serve Northeast US

April 25, 2013

ATMequipment.com, a division of Kaysville, Utah-based Grant Victor, has established a Stamford, Conn., office to serve customers in the Northeast ATM market. The new location, which opened on April 15, will provide the same services as the company's Utah office.

"[W]e are constantly looking for ways to improve our customers' experience and to create better operational efficiency, said Jim Ethridge, president of ATMequipment.com. "We feel the opening of this new facility will have an immediate positive impact on the industry. Thank you to our associates who worked hard to make this come together, and our valued partners for their support and guidance."

The Connecticut office will provide a number of benefits to customers in the Northeast:

  • will-call equipment and supplies;
  • reduced shipping times; and
  • quicker turnaround on repairs.

ATMequipment.com said that its industry partners have applauded the new office opening. "This move clearly shows ATMequipment.com's recognition of the strategic importance of the Northeast U.S. market and positions them to deliver a full range of products and services to that area," said Chris Juetten, vice president of the retail sales division for Hyosung.

"Providing local service and distribution for Hantle and Genmega customers is welcome news and will be a definite hit in the Northeast market. This type of aggressive move not only shows their dedication to the Northeast market, but their ongoing unmatched competitiveness in the entire U.S. ATM industry," said Bill Dunn, vice president of sales and marketing at Hantle.

ATMequipment.com will host an open house at the new facility on 360 Fairfield Avenue on May 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Customers, affiliates, and other industry members are invited to attend.
