Another ATM industry provider has announced its pledge of support for the ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) program designed to advance ATM business interests.
Kaysville, Utah-based ATMequipment.com, a wholesale supplier of retail ATM machines, parts, supplies and repair service, has said it will make a financial contribution to the ATMIA's U.S. Defense Fund for every ATM machine ordered using the promotion code, ATMIA2012. Wireless connectivity solutions-provider OptConnect announced a similar arrangement with ATMIA earlier this month.
The U.S. Defense Fund helps ATMIA to employ the professional resources that enable the organization to actively work with lawmakers and regulators for the protection and longevity of the ATM industry.
"Our business and industry wouldn't be where it is today without the guidance and regulatory efforts of ATMIA," said Alicia Ridley, president of ATMequipment.com. "We encourage other suppliers to participate, where possible, in contributing to this fund."
"We've strongly valued the support and financial assistance from ATMequipment.com throughout the years," said Mike Lee, CEO of ATMIA. "Thank you in advance to those who take part in this effort when ordering their ATM through ATMequipment.com."
