NORWOOD, Mass. - e-ClassicSystems, developer of the ATM Manager Pro ATM channel management system, and Alliance Services, a new ATM service provider, plan to create an automated interface between their systems.
According to a news release, Alliance will utilize e-ClassicSystems' standard XML import and export capability currently available in the ATM Manager Pro application.
The interface between ATM Manager Pro and the internal systems at Alliance will save time and eliminate errors by enabling the delivery of ATM cash orders directly from financial institutions and ISOs using ATM Manager Pro.
The interface will also enable Alliance to export cash reconciliation information for the ATM cash delivery and report all necessary data including ATM counters and vault residual totals.
"Cash management is an area of the ATM channel that demands strong controls to efficiently manage the cash cycle," said Tyson Nargassans, vice president of Sales and Marketing at e-ClassicSystems, in the release. "Typically multiple departments and multiple vendors are involved and their coordination is imperative to maximize existing resources and reduce the cost of cash. Our interface with Alliance Services enables joint customers to track and manage the cash cycle, accounting for every dollar in the most efficient manner."
e-ClassicSystems recently announced a similar agreement with Gasper Corporation, in which the two software companies created an automated interface for their mutual users. (See related story Gasper, e-ClassicSystems create automated interface for mutual users)
Alliance Services also recently announced a similar agreement for an automated interface with software provider Morphis, Inc. (See related story Morphis in partnership for electronic exchange of ATM cash mngt. data)
