ATM installed in Utah jail

Standard-Examiner:Commissioners in Davis County, Utah, have approved a contract with eCash to operate an ATM in the jail's lobby. The ATM was approved so that people posting bail for those inside have easier access to money. Making it easier for inmates to bail out frees up beds and budget money.
