ATM Industry leaders, innovators to convene at London conference

Europe's largest ATM conference, European ATMs 2013, will take place at the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel in London June 5–6. RBR and the ATM Industry Association will once again co?host the event.

An extensive speaker program will cover a range of ATM-related topics, including cash recycling, customer service, accessibility, profitability, software and cash management.

A panel discussion will explore revenue models for the ATM channel. In addition, speakers will present case studies from ATM markets across the world including Australia, Canada, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Nigeria, South Africa, Turkey and the U.K.

This year, the conference will incorporate the third annual innovation forum, which will focus on integrating ATM and mobile banking technologies to enhance the customer experience. Speakers from ABN AMRO, Automatia, Barclays, ICCREA Banca, Laurentian Bank of Canada, Nationwide Building Society, TEB and Piraeus Bank will share their insights.

Industry suppliers will demonstrate the latest technology in an extensive exhibition area, where delegates will also have the opportunity to network with their industry counterparts.

The European ATMs conference last year attracted 480 delegates from more than 200 organizations and 50 countries, continuing the trend of year-over-year growth for the event.
