New York Post:Accused ID thief and ATM cheat Andrei Potupa, arrested Feb. 16 for his role in a $4 million international identity-theft ring, confessed to cops he had been stealing money with cloned ATM cards since mid-2004. Potupa is facing federal charges for producing or trafficking counterfeit devices after being collared in a Times Square diner. When arrested, Potupa, 29, had $7,600 in crisp $20 bills and 51 blank cards in his fanny pack.
